How you make a difference:
The Chief Financial Officer oversee all financial aspects and will be responsible for managing financial planning, analysis, reporting, and controls, ensuring the company’s financial health and sustainability. This position reports directly to the CEO and works closely with senior management and external stakeholders, including private equity investors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops and implements the company’s financial strategy, including annual budgeting, forecasting, and aligning with business objectives and investor expectations.
  • Prepares accurate financial statements and provides comprehensive financial analysis and reporting to senior management and private equity investors.
  • Establishes and maintains robust financial controls, manages external audits, and advises on financial components of contracts to ensure compliance and safeguard assets.
  • Identifies and mitigates financial risks through proactive strategies, including hedging risks related to foreign exchange, interest rates, and commodity prices.
  • Leads and mentors the finance and accounting team, fosters a high-performance culture, and builds strong relationships with investors, lenders, and external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education

  • Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business preferred.

Experience

  • A minimum of 12-15 years’ experience in finance including 10+ years in leadership roles. Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role within a private equity environment.
  • Requirement of 10+ years of Operations experience.

Licenses/Certifications

  • CPA designation preferred.
