The Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategy and operations in the vibrant market of Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, particularly within the real estate and construction sectors. As the CFO, you will be responsible for optimizing financial performance, providing strategic direction, and driving sustainable growth while maintaining financial integrity and risk management. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives. - Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. - Manage relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and consultants. - Lead financial planning and analysis to support business expansion and investment opportunities. - Monitor key financial metrics and provide data-driven insights to the Executive Team. - Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and legal requirements. - Drive cash flow management and optimization of working capital. - Lead a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of high-performance and continuous improvement. - Evaluate and manage risks associated with business operations and investments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master’s degree or CPA preferred. - Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a CFO or senior finance role. - Strong knowledge of financial regulations and financial reporting standards in the UAE. - Experience in real estate, construction, or general trading is highly desirable. - Proven ability to develop financial strategies and translate them into actionable plans. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset. - Exceptional leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a proactive approach to challenges.
