This pivotal role will lead the creation and execution of our Group Growth Strategy, driving both organic and non-organic growth opportunities to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients, people, and shareholders.

• Lead growth strategy: design, execute, and measure Liberty’s growth plan, ensuring alignment with the Group strategy.
• Win new work: build strong client relationships, identify opportunities, lead negotiations, and deliver tenders for complex, high-value projects.
