Your responsibilities
As Chief Growth Officer at Ray Sono, you will shape our entrepreneurial future with your business mindset, foresight, and ability to master complex growth challenges. Through your growth initiatives, you play a pivotal role in driving Ray Sono’s overall growth. Concretely, this means:

GROWTH-INITIATIVES

  • You serve as our top advisor and communicator for C-level contacts and key decision-makers among our existing clients and top prospects
  • You hold overall responsibility for Ray Sono’s growth targets and bring the expertise to achieve them on time and on budget
  • We are looking for managers with strong closing skills, so you will also be responsible for acquiring new clients and managing the growth of our top key accounts
  • Thanks to your keen understanding of trends, the market, and the competition, you always stay close to customers and identify potential market share for Ray Sono
  • As an accessible manager, you represent Ray Sono at national and international events, trade fairs, and industry gatherings - whether as an expert or keynote speaker. You speak our target audience’s language, and you know their challenges
  • Beyond your role in converting leads, you will also be responsible for building strategic partnerships and maintaining our network with potential partner companies

EXPERIENCE

  • At least 2–3 roles in a similar position in Sales, Client/Account Management, and/or Project Management in the digital consulting/agency environment or at a mid-sized services company
  • A proven track record in sales - for example, increasing new business and expanding existing client business
  • Extensive experience in marketing digital projects and products
