How you make a difference The Chief Growth Officer is responsible for developing and executing the organization’s enterprise growth strategy. This role leads business development, sales, marketing, and strategic partnership efforts to expand the company’s presence in correctional healthcare markets. The position drives new contract acquisition, expansion of existing client relationships, and identification of adjacent service opportunities. The role oversees full lifecycle business development activities, including market strategy, proposals, pricing, negotiation, and contract execution. The Chief Growth Officer works closely with executive leadership to ensure growth initiatives align with organizational goals and operational priorities. This role requires significant travel. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a multiyear enterprise growth and commercial strategy focused on market expansion, customer acquisition, and client growth. Identify and prioritize new markets, jurisdictions, service lines, and adjacent opportunities to increase market share. Lead full lifecycle business development activities, including RFP strategy, proposal development, pricing, negotiation, and contract execution. Build and maintain executive-level relationships with government, correctional, and public health stakeholders while representing the organization’s brand. Lead and align sales, marketing, account management, and partnership efforts to drive sustainable revenue performance. Qualifications & Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced healthcare degree preferred. Experience A minimum of 10+ years’ experience of executive leadership experience in healthcare growth, business development, or strategy. Demonstrated success selling complex healthcare or managed services contracts to government entities. Deep understanding of public sector procurement, RFP processes, and multi-year contract structures. Experience in correctional healthcare, behavioral health, Medicaid/government programs, or other regulated healthcare environments strongly preferred. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue growth targets. Strong financial acumen, including pricing strategy and P&L impact understanding. Licenses/Certifications None required.
