In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: * Lead the design and development of high-performance analog circuits and systems. * Define architecture and technical strategy for analog hardware platforms aligned with product and business objectives * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including analog, digital  and product management * Drive design reviews, validation, and verification processes to ensure reliability, quality, and compliance * Mentor and support engineers, fostering a culture of learning, innovation, and continuous improvement * Evaluate emerging technologies and integrate innovative solutions into product development * Troubleshoot complex analog design challenges and provide expert guidance on root cause analysis * Ensure documentation and knowledge sharing across the engineering organization   Who You Are: You consistently create new and better ways for the organization to be successful by applying both tried-and-true and novel approaches.
