Job Description The CHO is responsible for overseeing restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experience, managing floor operations, and leading service teams. The role requires strong experience in fine dining operations, customer service excellence, team management, and operational coordination. ​ Key Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations and guest experience. • Supervise dining staff and ensure high service standards. • Handle guest concerns and ensure customer satisfaction. • Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations. • Maintain operational efficiency and adherence to company standards. • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and service protocols. ​ Requirements Qualifications • Minimum 12th Pass. • Good communication skills in English and Hindi (Mandatory).
