With our team of over 200 Qredsters, we are now looking for a CHRO to help lead the next chapter in our journey.
JOB SUMMARY
CHRO will play a critical role in shaping our company culture, advancing our talent strategy, and fostering an environment where employees feel engaged, valued, and empowered. As a member of our senior management team reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer you will create and implement HR strategies to support our business and drive high performance across the organization. The CHRO will also lead all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, learning and development, and total rewards.
Qred is a relatively small company, and the tasks will span from highly strategic to hands-on practical questions.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR strategies that align with business objectives
- Preferably 10+ years of HR experience
- At least 5 years in a leadership role
- Demonstrated expertise in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development
- Strong understanding of Swedish labor laws and regulations, with experience managing HR compliance in Sweden
- Fluent in English, written and spokenIdeally, you have experience in fintech or technology industries
Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies that align with our vision, values, and business goals, focusing on organizational growth, workforce planning, and company culture.
- Employee Engagement and Culture: Foster a culture of innovation, inclusion, and collaboration. Lead employee engagement initiatives, ensuring a positive and productive work environment that aligns with our values.
- Performance Management: Drive high-performance through robust performance management systems, ensuring that feedback, development, and recognition are ingrained in our organizational processes.
- Total Rewards and Compensation: Develop a competitive, performance-based compensation and benefits strategy that aligns with industry standards and supports our talent attraction and retention efforts.
- Talent Acquisition and Retention: Oversee all talent acquisition efforts, building recruitment pipelines and implementing strategies to attract and retain top talent in the financial technology industry.
- Assist managers with counseling and dispute resolution: Be a support to managers and together with the HR team handle difficult situations.
- Office Management & Company Events: Oversee office management and create a welcoming, inspiring, and safe work environment. Lead the planning and execution of company events, celebrations, and team-building activities to promote employee engagement and a sense of community.
