POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Chief Identity Architect to drive the technical vision and architecture of our Identity management strategy.
The ideal candidate will have a strong software architecture background working for a B2B SaaS solution provider and be well versed in modern cloud architecture.
You will play a key role in designing scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions that align with our business and product strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• 10+ years of Identity security experience, with at least 5+ years in a software architect role
• Proven experience designing and deploying SaaS multi-tenant solutions on cloud
• Hands-on knowledge of identity data structures, such as user provisioning, access control, and role-based access models
• Background in product consolidation and system integration is a plus
• Strong understanding of security best practices, including authentication, authorization, and encryption
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to guide and mentor teams

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive identity management strategy that aligns with Netwrix’s vision and goals. This includes setting the architectural direction for identity governance, access management, and identity lifecycle management.
• Product Architecture Oversight: Lead the design and architecture of Netwrix’s identity security products and work hand-in-hand with the engineering team to deliver cutting-edge identity solutions while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Technical Visionary: Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in identity management, such as AI-driven biometrics, cloud-based IAM solutions, and advanced authentication mechanisms. Integrate these insights into Netwrix’s product roadmap.
• Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer success, to ensure that identity solutions meet market needs and customer expectations.
• Compliance and Security: Ensure that all identity management solutions adhere to relevant security standards and compliance requirements, such as GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS.
• Talent Development: Mentor and develop the skills of the engineering team to ensure they are equipped to handle complex identity management challenges.
• Budget and Resource Management: Manage budgets and resources effectively to optimize the delivery of identity management projects.
