The Chief Information Officer (CIO) provides vision and leadership in the development and implementation of company-wide information technology and systems. The CIO is required to understand the company’s top line goals and strategic direction and ensures the technology and security roadmaps are aligned and designed to maximize return on investment against company goals and strategic direction.
The CIO will demonstrate proficient management skills related to workforce development and engagement, process management, project management, and cost-effective financial performance. Must demonstrate the ability to link and apply complex technologies to business strategies and favorable outcomes. The CIO must have the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues, both logical and interpersonal. Work is full time and requires overtime. Work is conducted at CNS locations with work in the community and other sites as needed.
