We are seeking a full-time Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead all technology initiatives across our senior living and corporate operations. Reporting to the Chief Financial & Operations Officer (CFOO), the CIO will ensure technology strategies drive operational efficiency, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and superior resident care. Requirements Develop and execute IT strategy aligned with operational and financial goals. Oversee enterprise IT infrastructure, networks, cloud services, and end-user support across corporate offices and communities. Implement and optimize senior living technology platforms, including Electronic Health Records (EHR), resident management, medication management, and nurse call systems. Ensure compliance with healthcare privacy and security regulations (e.g., HIPAA). Establish cybersecurity policies, risk management procedures, and incident response protocols. Develop data governance standards and provide operational, clinical, and financial analytics. Manage relationships with technology vendors and software partners. Develop and oversee the IT budget in collaboration with the CFOO. Lead, mentor, and grow the IT team, promoting service, accountability, and continuous improvement. Support technology initiatives enhancing resident safety, staff productivity, and operational efficiency.
