ABOUT THE ROLE:

As CIO, you’ll be the digital visionary driving the Group’s technology strategy. You’ll ensure our platforms are secure, intuitive, and robust – delivering exceptional digital experiences for our customers and operational efficiencies for our teams. As a trusted member of the Senior Leadership Team, you’ll be leading a capable IT function, shaping transformation projects, and partnering across the business to future-proof our tech ecosystem.

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Building and leading a modern, secure, customer-first IT ecosystem
• Driving digital transformation through fit-for-purpose systems and smart integration
• Leading cybersecurity and data protection with confidence and compliance
• Championing high-performance project delivery across all digital initiatives
• Developing strong internal partnerships and managing vendors to deliver value
• Empowering and mentoring a high-performing IT team
• You will the nominated privacy officer for the businesses
• Overseeing physical security strategy and integration with IT infrastructure

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE:

• 10–15 years in IT with 5+ in senior leadership (CIO, Head of Tech, etc.)
• Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud, AI, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems (ERP/CRM)
• Proven success in leading transformation and driving operational excellence
• Experience in transport/logistics (a bonus!)
• Ability to lead with vision, make sound decisions, and communicate at Board level
• Relevant qualifications and certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISSP)
