KEY EXPERIENCES WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

We’re looking for a hands-on leader who has a proven track record in the following areas:

• Technology Strategy & Vision: You’ve created and managed an organisation’s overall technology plan, ensuring all our systems (on-premise and in the cloud) work together to meet business goals.
• Digital Innovation: You have experience implementing new technologies like AI and automation to improve how the business operates and to create better experiences for all stakeholders.
• Product Development: You’re familiar with the entire software development process, from a product’s first idea to its launch and beyond, using modern approaches like Agile and DevOps.
• Data & Analytics: You know how to manage data effectively, making sure it is secure and can be used to provide insights that help with business decisions.
• Cybersecurity: You have a strong understanding of how to protect a company’s data and systems from security threats, and you know what to do if an incident occurs.
• Leadership & Management: You have a history of successfully leading IT teams and can clearly explain technical concepts to anyone in the business, from the factory floor to the boardroom.

Experience in Manufacturing will be well regarded.
