Job Description The successful incumbent would be required to advise, define, and orchestrate the Personal & Private Banking ( PPB) Finance Business Unit (BU) technology strategy in order to implement, deliver and report on the end-to-end technology solutions and achieve business outcomes. The incumbent will own the required BU technology blueprints, systems and toolbox in alignment with Group Technology, BU and country requirements, to deliver the desired client experiences through the fast flow of work, constant feedback and a collaborative culture. Qualifications Type of Qualification: Post Graduate Degree Field of Study: Business Commerce Experience Required Technology Management Technology 5-7 years Knowledge and experience of DevOps, Agile and Lean frameworks, methods and practices and experience in being a catalyst for organisational change. Experience in full lifecycle design and development covering multi-tier environments and markets. Senior management level experience. Leadership/ management experience working with individuals and teams from diverse cultures. Proven track record of delivery. Understanding of DevOps principles and practices. 8-10 years Significant experience managing technology in large, high-volume, complex multi-dimensional corporate environment, preferably banking or financial industry, Managing delivery of 3rd parties and Africa Region experience. Industry and market knowledge; with business acumen and different ownership models. Experience working in a multi-vendor and outsourced IT environment. Building future-ready teams skilled in AI, data, cloud, and influencing executive leadership as a trusted partner. Expertise in financial technology architecture and linking IT investments to financial results like cost reduction. Track record of delivering large-scale ERP and regulatory transformation projects driving change and outcomes.
