We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Information & Technology Officer (CITO) to lead the company’s technology strategy, digital transformation, and IT operations. The ideal candidate will drive innovation, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure secure, scalable technology solutions that support business growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the company’s technology strategy aligned with business objectives. Lead digital transformation and technology innovation initiatives. Oversee IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, systems, and technology operations. Drive the adoption of AI, cloud solutions, and emerging technologies. Ensure data security, compliance, and risk management practices. Manage technology vendors, budgets, and external partnerships. Lead and develop high-performing technology teams. Collaborate with senior leadership to deliver technology-driven business solutions. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role (CIO/CTO/CITO). Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and digital transformation. Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills.
