We are transforming from a traditional automotive sales company into a data-driven, digitally enabled mobility retailer. To lead this transformation, we are looking for an experienced, hands - on Chief Innovation Officer (Senior Product Manager). The Chief Innovation Officer will be the strategic and operational leader for innovation across the group. Your core mission: Map and understand our current processes & systems end-to-end; Design the future state of our operations, customer journeys, and digital ecosystem; Guide and oversee implementation of new processes, systems, and services; Build a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and document current-state processes; identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities across operations, customer experience, and compliance; Design future-state processes and target operating models aligned with business strategy; Define and own the innovation roadmap, focusing on data and automation initiatives that deliver measurable value; Translate strategy into clear programs, projects, and KPIs; Lead implementation in close collaboration with IT, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations; Manage external vendors and consultants (CRM, DMS, ERP, data and software providers); Drive change management and ensure adoption across the organization; Present roadmaps, priorities, and results to Executive Management and the Board. 2+ years of experience leading complex projects, digital transformation, or innovation initiatives in a multi-channel B2C/B2Benvironment (expierance in Automotive, mobility, or closely related retail sector is a plus); Proven experience in a senior role such as Head of Innovation, Product Manager, Product Owner or similar; Hands - on experience implementing or improving systems such as CRM, ERP, DMS, WMS, or digital sales journeys; Ability to understand complex processes and turn them into clear, workable solutions; Ability to build strong relationships with managers and align with stakeholders around shared goals; Capacity to work independently, taking ownership of projects from start to finish; Fluent Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken.
