POSITION OVERVIEW

As GHY’s Chief Innovation and Transformation Officer, you will spearhead strategies to embrace AI-driven transformation while empowering our employees through innovation, reskilling, and upskilling. You will lead efforts to cultivate a dynamic organizational culture that adapts to rapid technological advancements and market demands, ensuring GHY remains a leader in its industry.
This role calls for expertise in change management, critical thinking, and effective collaboration with IT and data leaders to align cultural and technological evolution.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven executive leadership experience in driving organizational transformation, innovation, or change management within complex business environments.
  • Strong understanding of AI systems and their implications for workforce collaboration and operational practices, with experience implementing tools, automations and enterprise systems.
  • Expertise in cultural change management and organizational agility.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead agile transformations and deploying initiatives that enhance critical thinking and emotional intelligence within teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to inspire and influence at all levels of the organization able to articulate technical and cultural shifts in clear, compelling terms to diverse audiences.
  • Experience working alongside IT and data leaders to align technical and cultural strategies.
Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategic AI Leadership: Develop and lead strategies to integrate AI systems into organizational workflows, ensuring the seamless collaboration of humans and AI technologies. Create and execute a road map for transformation.
  • Cultural Transformation: Champion a culture of innovation and adaptability by promoting a growth mindset, encouraging experimentation, and normalizing failure as a path to learning. Empower employees through targeted reskilling and upskilling to support AI-driven change.
  • Change Management: Design and implement change management strategies and communication plans to support transformation initiatives, ensuring engagement, clarity, and adoption across all levels.
  • Organizational Agility: Build the enterprise’s capacity to respond to rapid changes in technology and market conditions by instilling agile operational practices.
  • Critical Thinking and Emotional Intelligence: Promote and develop programs for enhancing employees’ critical thinking abilities, emotional intelligence, and collaborative skills to work effectively in AI-powered environments.Leadership: Build and lead the IT and Innovation Team while developing a high-performing support team to execute transformation strategies effectively.
  • Thought Leadership: Serve as a compelling communicator and storyteller, representing GHY at industry events, conferences, and client engagements to position the organization as an innovation leader.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Use organizational data to guide decision-making, identify barriers to AI adoption, and implement proactive strategies to drive successful transformation.
