REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:

- Proven experience as a Quality Inspector, preferably in a lead or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of quality control standards and procedures.
- Advanced CMM programming skills.
- Competent user of measuring equipment, e.g. Verniers, Micrometers, CMM’s and vision systems
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using quality inspection tools and software.
- Relevant certifications in quality management or related fields are a plus.
- Basic Knowledge and understanding of ISO 9001 & AS9100 requirements.

Responsibilities

The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Lead and manage a team of quality inspectors.
  • Develop and implement quality inspection procedures and standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of products and processes.
  • Identify and address quality issues and non-conformities.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality-related problems.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections and quality reports.
  • Provide training and support to quality inspectors and other staff.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Continuously improve quality control processes and procedures
