JOB OVERVIEW

As Co-CIO, you will play a pivotal role in both Idea generation and capital raising. This is not a salaried position but rather a performance-driven partnership track, with compensation tied to fundraising success through seeders and investment performance. For the right candidate, there is the potential to earn equity participation and a GP stake in the fund. Once the candidate raises initial capital, compensation can be discussed.

SKILLS

• MBA in Finance or CFA designation strongly preferred.
• Established relationships with investors (HNWI, family offices, RIAs, or institutions).
• Proven track record in asset management, investment banking, or fundraising.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, portfolio management, and risk frameworks.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated, and comfortable in a performance-based role.

• Co-lead the fund’s investment strategy and portfolio construction.
• Develop and maintain investor relationships across HNWIs, family offices.
• Drive capital raising initiatives and present the fund’s strategy to potential investors.
• Collaborate with the CIO and team on research, risk management, and trade execution and DDQ.
• Represent the fund with the highest professionalism and integrity.
