Position Title Chief Manager Sales and AlliancePurpose of Role Responsible for Sales and Customer acquisition, Account Management for dark fibre lease businessKey Accountabilities / Responsibilities Complete ownership of Customers PO and timely and accurate billing throughout the Customer lifecycle as per contract/MSA. Drive new account acquisition for fibre lease business through co ordination with Telecom and ISP customers Responsible for meeting monthly Sales targets and drive timely receivables from customers with credit control actions as required by working closely with collection teams To manage new orders from existing accounts on dark fibre lease from ISP and Telecom customers and drive upsell in existing accounts with cementing relationships with Network, SCM and finance teams.
