The Role
We’re searching for a Chief Marketing & Brand Director who can elevate Raven3 into a household name in real estate. This is a high-impact role blending brand building, PR, digital strategy, and investor marketing.

You’ll drive both:

  • The Business Brand → Position Raven3 as a trusted, innovative, high-growth investment platform.
  • The Personal Brand → Partner with founders to amplify their online presence (social, PR, media) so that personal influence drives business growth.

This role is about creating a magnetic identity for Raven3 — one that attracts investors, tenants, partners, and talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy: Define and execute Raven3’s brand identity across all platforms.
  • PR & Media: Build relationships with press, podcasts, and industry outlets; secure coverage that elevates Raven3.
  • Personal Brand Alignment: Work directly with founders to translate their personal online presence into business visibility and credibility.
  • Website & Digital: Overhaul and maintain company website; build digital funnels that convert attention into deals, tenants, and investor interest.
  • Social Media: Lead Raven3’s presence across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube with a consistent voice and high-quality content.
  • Investor Marketing: Build world-class investor communications through Juniper Square (updates, reports, deal presentations).
  • Creative Direction: Manage internal/external creative teams (videographers, designers, writers) to produce best-in-class content.
  • Growth & Reputation: Position Raven3 as one of the most recognized and respected real estate platforms in New York — and eventually nationally.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 7+ years in brand strategy, marketing, or PR — with real estate, finance, or lifestyle brand exposure.
  • Track record of scaling a brand or personal brand into a widely recognized platform.
  • Deep understanding of digital strategy (social media, SEO, paid ads, storytelling).
  • Experience managing PR campaigns and securing media coverage.
  • Skilled in investor marketing, with familiarity using Juniper Square or similar tech stacks.
  • Creative + analytical: able to build a brand while measuring impact.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset; thrives in fast-paced, high-visibility environments.
