Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As CMO, you will play a central role in leading our media buying and retention teams, managing relationships with our top-tier clients, and ensuring the agency remains at the forefront of eCommerce growth.
You will bring a balance of strategic vision, leadership, and industry knowledge, while fostering a culture of performance, training, and innovation.
The ideal candidate has scaled brands or worked at a high-performing agency, thrives on eCommerce and social media, and loves being ahead of industry changes, whether that’s new AI tools, platform algorithms, or creative trends.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and inspire the Meta, Google, TikTok, and retention teams (email, SMS, loyalty).
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with our top accounts, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
  • Identify growth opportunities and pivot strategies to ensure client profitability and long-term success.
  • Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns that combine creativity with performance.
  • Drive team development through training, mentoring, and facilitating access to webinars, events, and industry experts.
  • Ensure the agency remains ahead of the curve by staying on top of trends in AI, algorithms, and eCommerce best practices.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to shape agency strategy and contribute to decision-making at the highest level.
  • Present strategies and performance insights clearly and persuasively to both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, testing, and continuous improvement across the team.
