Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a senior marketing executive, with expertise in offline and online marketing.
- Strong understanding of scent marketing or related industries is a plus.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in marketing technology and tools, including Hubspot and Braze.
- A track record of building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns.
- Experience in audience segmentation and targeting.
- Exceptional communication and writing skills.
- Keen attention to detail and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
Go-to-Market Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies for new products and initiatives.
- Identify target markets and segments, defining unique value propositions.
Brand Marketing:
- Oversee brand development and positioning, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand identity.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines and standards.
B2C and B2B Marketing:
- Lead marketing efforts to reach both B2C and B2B customers with tailored strategies.
- Create campaigns that resonate with both consumer and business audiences.
Sales Forecasting and Management:
- Develop and manage a sales calendar, aligning marketing efforts with sales goals.
- Continuously monitor sales performance and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
Agency Management:
- Collaborate with marketing agencies to drive revenue and achieve marketing goals.
- Manage agency relationships and optimize agency performance.
Email and SMS Marketing:
- Leverage 4+ years of experience to lead email and SMS marketing initiatives.
- Develop and execute email and SMS campaigns that engage and convert customers.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Marketing team to align campaign strategies and goals across the organization.
- Drive incremental improvements and optimizations in lifecycle performance.
Performance Measurement:
- Measure, monitor, and report on performance metrics for all email types, deriving key insights.
- Suggest adjustments to strategy and tactics in response to data-driven insights.
Retention Programs:
- Build, test, and optimize engagement and retention programs.
- Make continuous improvements based on performance, trends, and insights.
Data Analysis and Tools:
- Utilize strong Excel skills for data management and analysis.
- Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, and Salesforce to extract valuable insights.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
