Bitcastle is a cryptocurrency exchange platform which aims to create a new age of exchange where everyone can use it safely and have fun. As we expand and take a more active approach to global expansion, bitcastle is looking to hire a Full-Time Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to manage the company’s marketing efforts and take the company’s brand to the next level as we expand and take a more active approach to global expansion.
As the head of marketing, your main duties will be to manage global marketing efforts for the group.
– Be responsible for all marketing efforts and create the overall marketing strategy for Bitcastle with clear objectives and measurable results
– Manage the creation of global marketing efforts and advertising campaigns across various social media and digital platforms.
– Develop and execute promotions and content for email and website marketing
– Use analytical tools to measure and report on the overall performance of digital marketing campaigns and advertisements.
– Leverage insights from trend and information analysis to optimize advertising spend and performance based on goals.
– Other related tasks as assigned by the company as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

– Experience in all aspects of digital marketing, from organic marketing channels to advertising
– Experience as a CMO or in a similar strategic marketing leadership role
– Experience in cryptocurrency web advertising or digital marketing operations– Has experience in creating banners, videos, etc.
