Description

Beauceron Security is redefining how people think about cybersecurity awareness. We believe that informed, empowered people are the key to stopping cyber threats. We deliver experiences that motivate people to make better choices, not fear-driven training. We stand out in our field for our focus on security, behaviour and culture programs.
As we expand deeper into the U.S. market, we’re looking for a scrappy, strategic, and channel-savvy Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to help us win hearts, minds, and market share.
If you’re energized by underdog marketing — outthinking and outmaneuvering bigger incumbents — and you know how to market through the channel with MSPs and MSSPs, this is the opportunity for you.
Reports to: CEO
Location: Fredericton, NB preferred. Remote applicants in Canada will be considered, and remote employees will travel to Beauceron’s office during onboarding and at least quarterly for on-site meetings.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead asymmetric, high-impact lead generation campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels — with an eye for value, not volume.
  • Design and execute a channel-first marketing strategy that helps MSPs and MSSPs understand, adopt, and champion Beauceron as part of their security stack.
  • Deploy scrappy tactics such as:
  • • Guerilla campaigns at industry events to spark attention without massive spend.
  • Thought leadership and original content that drives home how Beauceron stands out.
  • Punchy, comparison-driven messaging that speaks to the pain points legacy security awareness and training incumbents ignore.
  • Leveraging partner marketing reach and grassroots momentum rather than paid saturation.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales teams to define and support joint GTM efforts and drive partner recruitment and channel partner sales.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a small but mighty marketing team, while also rolling up your sleeves.
  • Shape and evangelize a compelling brand narrative that differentiates Beauceron in a saturated market of check-the-box training vendors.
  • Stay close to MSP/MSSP partner behavior, customer insights, and competitive shifts — and use those insights to guide strategy and execution.
  • Treat every marketing dollar as an investment — ruthlessly prioritize, experiment leanly, double down on what drives results, and skip what doesn’t.
  • Represent Beauceron externally as a trusted brand voice, building relationships with analysts, industry leaders, media outlets, and event organizers.
