ABOUT US:-

We are a growing ecommerce business designing and manufacturing our own innovative products in two key markets. We sell directly to customers via multiple platforms including Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and B&Q. With a lean but dedicated team, we handle everything in-house — from product development to marketing and fulfillment.
As we scale, we’re looking for a hands-on Chief Marketing Officer to lead all marketing and growth activities, bringing expertise across digital and offline channels, and helping us unlock new sales opportunities.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years in ecommerce marketing with proven track record of driving growth
  • Multi-platform expertise: Amazon, eBay, Shopify and other ecommerce channels
  • Paid advertising proficiency: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, with demonstrable ROI
  • SEO and content marketing experience with measurable results
  • B2B marketing experience - trade and wholesale markets preferred

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Analytics platforms: Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, platform-specific tools
  • Design capabilities: Basic graphic design skills or experience working with designers
  • CRO tools: Experience with heat mapping, A/B testing, conversion optimization
  • Project management: Ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously
