With our growing presence and patient base, we are seeking an experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing vision, drive strategic growth, and strengthen our brand presence across the UAE and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive patient acquisition, retention, and brand awareness.
Oversee digital marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, paid ads, PR, and traditional campaigns.
Build and lead a high-performing marketing team with a focus on ROI-driven campaigns.
Manage brand positioning, reputation, and patient engagement programs.
Collaborate with clinic leadership and doctors to design patient-centric marketing initiatives.
Use data analytics and market insights to optimize campaigns and identify growth opportunities.
Develop and manage annual marketing budgets and ensure cost efficiency.
Build strategic partnerships with healthcare, insurance, and corporate organizations.
Stay updated with healthcare marketing trends, compliance, and UAE healthcare advertising guidelines.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 15 years of progressive marketing leadership experience, preferably in healthcare, dental, or medical services.
Proven track record of scaling brand visibility and driving business growth.
Strong expertise in digital marketing, performance marketing, and brand management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused, and competitive healthcare environment.
