Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) Qualifications:

  • Must possess, at minimum, a college degree related to Marketing and Business management.
  • Must have at least 2 years of experience in Long Term Care management and marketing.
  • Must be knowledgeable with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Must have previous experience with patient management software, such as PointClickCare.
  • Must be able to facilitate and maintain strong working relationships with community partners and facility staff with the goal of increasing facility census.

Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) Job Overview:
The Chief Marketing Officer will lead a 10+ person team of Regional Marketing Directors and Hospital Clinical Liaisons across Wisconsin and Northern IL. The incumbent will be responsible for developing and managing productive relationships between the company’s facilities and community hospitals. The CMO will work to increase the census of each facility in a manageable and productive manner.

  • Increase current facility census in a viable and manageable way.
  • Create a structure conducive for Hospital Clinical Liaisons and facility Admissions Directors to cultivate new patient prospects for admission to facilities.
  • Generate and maintain productive relationships with community partners such as hospital Doctors and Social Workers.
  • Develop and coordinate special events in communities to highlight facilities general and specialized care.
  • Maintain and distribute supply of brochures and other printed materials to ensure availability for facility and community representatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of available beds and census.
