As we scale our operations, we are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) with a deep understanding of modern marketing tools, CRM systems (specifically GoHighLevel), AI applications, and a proven ability to create and lead high-performing teams. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong marketing background in real estate to elevate our brand presence, drive lead generation, and optimize marketing strategies using the latest tech innovations.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will lead all marketing efforts for Home Merrit, focusing on driving business growth, enhancing brand visibility, and optimizing the marketing operations across multiple channels. This role will leverage GoHighLevel CRM, AI-driven marketing tools, and a robust set of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to execute, measure, and continually improve marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate marketing, experience with delegating tasks and managing teams, and a strong commitment to productivity-based performance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience: Minimum of 7+ years in marketing, with a proven track record of success in real estate or a related field (e.g., property tech, construction, etc.). Experience leading digital marketing strategies, driving B2B and B2C growth, and utilizing advanced marketing tools (GoHighLevel, AI applications).
  • CRM Expertise: Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel CRM or similar platforms, including automating workflows, lead management, and pipeline optimization.
  • AI & Marketing Technology Knowledge: Deep understanding of how to leverage AI tools in marketing, including lead scoring, predictive analytics, personalization, and automation.
  • Leadership & Delegation Skills: Experience managing, coaching, and growing a marketing team, with strong skills in delegation, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Results-Oriented: Strong focus on KPIs, measurable outcomes, and data-driven decision-making. Ability to pivot strategies and tactics based on performance analysis.
  • Real Estate Industry Knowledge: Deep knowledge of real estate marketing, including lead generation for property acquisitions and dispositions, content marketing for real estate professionals, and driving brand presence within the real estate sector.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with the latest marketing tools, including automation platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems (CMS).
  • Creativity & Innovation: Ability to think outside the box and introduce fresh, creative strategies to elevate the company’s marketing efforts.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to create compelling marketing materials and deliver presentations to executive teams.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand awareness within the real estate sector.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across digital channels (e.g., SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, content creation, etc.).
  • Lead the integration and utilization of GoHighLevel CRM to streamline lead management, automation, and customer journey mapping.
  • Work with the executive team to align marketing strategies with business objectives, ensuring that marketing efforts are fully aligned with revenue and growth targets.
  • Implement AI-driven marketing tools and automation to enhance targeting, segmentation, and personalization across campaigns.
  • Continuously track and analyze KPIs to assess marketing effectiveness and refine strategies for maximum ROI.
