As we scale, we’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing efforts, elevate our brand presence, and consistently drive high-quality leads.

  • Proven experience in SEO and GEO-targeted copywriting.
  • Hands-on experience with Reddit marketing and managing community engagement.

  • Data-driven mindset; comfortable tracking KPIs and ROI.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

We’re seeking a CMO who doesn’t just think big—but can execute with precision. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in SEO/GEO copywriting, be comfortable managing Reddit communities and AI-related marketing initiatives, and have a proven track record in optimizing lead generation through platforms like Yelp, Houzz, Angi, Thumbtack and more. This is a long-term role with significant growth opportunities for someone who demonstrates measurable success.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Marketing Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy tailored to a local and regional construction audience.
  • Execute targeted SEO and GEO-optimized copywriting strategies to improve organic search visibility.
  • Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization
  • Manage and optimize lead generation channels such as Yelp, Houzz, Google Local Services, Angi, and other relevant directories.
  • Track and report lead source performance, conversion rates, and ROI on all campaigns.
  • Digital & Social Media Marketing
  • Oversee organic and paid campaigns on Reddit, Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
  • Build and manage Reddit communities and discussions relevant to construction, home improvement, and tech-forward clientele.
  • Leverage AI-driven tools to enhance marketing automation, customer segmentation, and analytics.
  • Content & Copywriting
  • Create or oversee creation of compelling blog posts, landing pages, and service descriptions optimized for local search.
  • Collaborate with internal or external writers to maintain a consistent, SEO-focused content pipeline.
  • Brand Management & Expansion
  • Elevate the company’s brand across all customer touchpoints—website, ads, social media, and printed materials.
