Learn more about us here. About the role As Chief Marketing Officer at Consafe Logistics, you will be responsible for shaping and executing our marketing strategy. You will develop and grow an international team of marketing professionals, each with their own expertise and areas of responsibility, making sure they are equipped to support the organization effectively across all markets. You are responsible for maintaining strong brand consistency and for driving a data-driven approach to demand and lead generation. You will work closely with Sales and Product to secure pipeline development, strengthen our market position, and drive impactful communication both externally and internally. You will also play an important role in driving our sustainability agenda and sustainability reporting. This also includes how we communicate our sustainability initiatives, supporting product positioning connected to efficiency and environmental impact, and ensuring that our brand consistently reflects our ambition to contribute to a more sustainable supply chain industry. As a member of the Group Management Team, you will contribute to the overall company direction and growth and report directly to the CEO. Key responsibilities Lead, develop, and grow our marketing team. Define, implement, and follow up on the global marketing strategy, including brand positioning, communication platforms, and data-driven demand and lead generation. Drive impactful communication both externally and internally, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and strategic alignment, while creating engagement and alignment across the organization. Collaborate closely with Sales and Product to secure a strong sales pipeline and informed strategic decision-making through market and competitor insights. Work together with country MDs to secure that local marketing activities are in line with the overall sales strategy. Lead cross-functional sustainability initiatives, including sustainability reporting and communication, ensuring close collaboration and alignment between Product, Sales, and Marketing. Oversee all our efforts within marketing, such as fairs, campaigns, digital marketing, content initiatives. Manage the marketing budget, monitor performance metrics, and ensure marketing activities deliver measurable business impact. Your profile To thrive in this role, you bring strong strategic and analytical skills, combined with the ability to translate strategy into effective marketing activities. You are an experienced leader who enjoys developing people and creating structure that enables growth. You have excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset that helps you build strong relationships across functions and countries. You are driven by KPI’s and have an analytic approach to drive marketing lead generation and how to track and follow up from an MQL to a won deal. You have strong technology and digital interest and are used to working in the front row of new technology to implement your marketing plan. Ideally, you come with a solid background in B2B marketing, preferably within software, technology, logistics, or other complex solution environments. You have several years of experience leading a marketing function in an international context and are well-versed in digital marketing, demand generation, and brand strategy. A relevant academic degree in marketing, communication, business, or a similar field is considered an advantage.
