Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in marketing, business administration, international trade and other related majors.
  • More than 12 years of marketing/marketing-related experience, served as the head of the marketing department of a gaming/entertainment/consumer company and have rich experience in overseas product promotion.
  • Excellent bilingual communication and writing skills.
  • Conversational proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is required.
  • Must have advertising experience in the Southeast Asian market and those with experience in the Philippines will be given priority.
  • Familiar with mainstream advertising channels such as Facebook and X (Twitter), as well as other delivery methods such as OEM pre-installation and localized brand placement.
  • Have the ability to expand the market for overseas products and be familiar with the operating models and cultural differences in overseas markets.

Responsibilities
  • Based on the company’s overseas product development goals, formulate comprehensive marketing strategies and plans, especially for the Southeast Asian market.
  • Leading the advertising delivery in Southeast Asia, including mainstream channels such as Facebook, X (Twitter), Ins, etc., as well as OEM pre-installation and localized brand placement.
  • Explore and establish new advertising methods and channels to enhance the influence of products in the target market.
  • Establish and lead the marketing team, cultivate the professional capabilities of team members, and ensure the realization of market goals.
  • Monitor and analyze market data, evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities, and optimize market strategies based on data.
  • It is necessary to present successful marketing cases in the past 1-2 years, especially experience in the Southeast Asian market.
  • Work closely with products, operations and other departments to ensure that market strategy and product direction are consistent.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php400,000.00 - Php600,000.00 per month
