Description

We are seeking a visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing and branding initiatives in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in healthcare marketing, strong leadership abilities, and a strategic mindset to drive brand growth, patient engagement, and business development.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as a CMO or senior marketing leader in a healthcare organization
  • Strong understanding of healthcare market trends, regulations, and patient behavior
  • Expertise in brand strategy, digital marketing, and performance marketing
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Healthcare-related qualifications are a plus)

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Familiarity with healthcare CRM tools, EMR platforms, and digital transformation
  • Track record in scaling marketing for hospitals, clinics, or healthcare startups
  • Ability to balance creative thinking with data-driven decision-making
