Job Title: Chief Marketing Officer
Location: Canada, UK & EU
Job Description:
Our company is looking for an experienced Chief Marketing Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in marketing and be able to develop and execute effective marketing strategies that will help us achieve our business objectives. Preferably you will have a background in the gambling industry and an understanding of the cryptocurrency space.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that will increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
  • Work with the executive team to set marketing goals and develop plans to achieve them.
  • Manage and lead a team of marketing professionals, including digital marketers, content creators, and graphic designers.
  • Collaborate with product development and sales teams to ensure that marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and drive ROI.
  • Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, PPC, and SEO.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

We are more interested in finding the perfect candidate, experience will outweigh level of education. But a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is desireable.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead a team and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with digital marketing, including email marketing, social media, PPC, and SEO.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
