Chief Marketing Officer
ABOUT THE ROLE:
The role requires an innovative profile, who wants to work in a dynamic environment with a motivated team. Due to a change in senior management, it needs to be re-aligned for the coming challenges. The product pipeline needs to be modified, new products need to be developed and the go-to-market needs to be conceptualized and executed.
Budget responsibility is about EUR 3+ million and the revenue scope is about EUR 10+ million. The marketing team includes approximately 15+ FTEs with 5 direct reports.
Our client is looking for an individual who can create a new go-to-market strategy, comes from a marketing-driven organization, and has experience in creating leads or deals through digital channels. Our client has a collaborative company culture, offers company and team events every year, and operates in a modern environment.
KEY TASKS:
Owning the revenue plan for the company together with CRO (Chief Revenue Officer) and CEO, as well as adapting and optimizing the plan and tactics
Overseeing the general development and execution of marketing strategies with special focus on driving customer acquisition, revenue, new product adoption, developing new (digital) marketing channels
Taking ownership of budgeting, forecasting, assessing key business metrics, and partnering with the CRO for reporting and managing full-funnel metrics and stage-to-stage-conversions
Acting as subject matter expert across the organization and cooperating in-depth with the sales department, to create synergies
Conceptualize and execute marketing plans, leading campaigns and ensuring their success
Leading the product marketing team for targeted and compelling content in the digital space
Driving customer lifecycle management to maximize customer engagement and loyalty
Growing the team, leading it remotely and travel activity in the EU
