We are a nationally accredited, multi-state behavioral healthcare organization with a family of treatment centers including: Renaissance Recovery, Alliance Recovery, Connections Mental Health, California Detox, and The District Recovery Center which are widely recognized for clinical excellence.
To support this growth, we are seeking an experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join our executive leadership team.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The CMO will lead marketing strategy, brand positioning, and digital growth initiatives across all facilities. This role will drive patient admissions through integrated campaigns, including SEO, PPC, AdWords, content, and GMB optimization. The CMO will oversee a high-performing marketing team and external partners while ensuring compliance with healthcare advertising standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of senior marketing leadership (healthcare/behavioral health strongly preferred).
  • Proven expertise in SEO, PPC, GMB optimization, and digital growth strategies.
  • Strong leadership with experience managing marketing teams and vendors.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, HubSpot or similar tools.
  • Strategic, data-driven, and results-focused executive mindset.
