The Chief Marketing Officer will lead our marketing function and drive growth across all channels. The CMO will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that elevate our brand, expand market reach, and align with business goals. This role requires a deep understanding of the creative and analytical sides of marketing and experience with marketing and content strategy, branding, customer acquisition and experience, data analytics, and team leadership. This position reports to the Chief Executive Officer.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 15+ years of experience marketing software and services to the pharmaceutical industry
  • 5+ years of successful experience in a senior executive marketing role (VP or above)
  • Proven track record of leading and scaling high-impact marketing teams in fast-paced environments
  • Experience leading rebranding, repositioning, or go-to-market strategies during acquisitions and business transitions
  • Deep understanding of digital transformation, MarTech stacks (e.g., CRM, CMS, automation platforms) and performance marketing
  • Experience using AI-powered marketing tools and personalization strategies
  • Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, including KPIs, ROI analysis, and customer analytics
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, agencies, and cross-functional teams effectively
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to set a vision, lead change, and mentor a team, providing coaching, development, and training
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence internal and external stakeholders
  • Background in global marketing and multi-market strategies

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related field
  • Master’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related field highly preferred
