POSITION OVERVIEW • Executive physician leadership role within a community-based nonprofit healthcare organization • Provide strategic clinical oversight and quality leadership • Oversee an established medical residency program • Maintain a leadership-focused schedule with administrative and clinical responsibilities • Support team-based care delivery and quality management initiatives • Provide outpatient clinical care while serving in a senior leadership capacity SCHEDULE & PRACTICE MODEL • Approximately 70% Administrative • Approximately 30% Clinical • No weekend clinic responsibilities • Flexible on-call arrangement • Clinical volume of approximately 15-35 patients per week COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • Base Salary: $210,000 - $230,000 • Student Loan Repayment up to $75,000 • 401(k) with 3% Employer Match • $5,000 Annual CME Allowance • 5 CME Days • 10 PTO Days • 5 Sick Days • 3 Personal Days • 9 Paid Holidays • Life Insurance (1.5x Salary) • Short-Term Disability • Long-Term Disability • Employer pays 77% of Medical Premiums Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Titan Placement Group, is conducting the recruitment process for this opportunity.
