EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
  • Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of hospital nursing experience.
  • At least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Experience in rehabilitation or post-acute care settings is highly desirable.

SKILLS:

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of rehabilitation nursing standards and practices.
  • Proficiency in clinical operations, budgeting, and performance improvement.
