Fresno Surgical Hospital is accredited by The Joint Commission. Our technology allows surgeons to perform procedures in the specialty areas of: Breast Surgery, Colon & Rectal, General Surgery, Gynecology, Orthopedic Surgery, Ophthalmology, Otolaryngology, Pain Management, Plastic Surgery, Podiatry, Spine, Urology. There are 13 Operating Rooms and 5 Treatment Rooms. The ideal candidate for this role will either have Surgical Hospital or other Hospital Leadership experience. Job Summary The Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) provides executive leadership for all nursing and clinical services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care. This role is responsible for clinical excellence, staffing strategy, regulatory compliance, and performance improvement across the organization. As a key member of the senior leadership team, the CNO partners with physicians, administrators, and the governing board to advance the hospital’s mission, strategic goals, and operational performance.
