Responsibilities

As Chief of Growth, you’ll lead the charge on expanding our business and building lasting relationships. You’ll be the go-to person for new client conversations, strategic partnerships, and bringing our services to the people and organisations who need them most.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the business growth strategy across the UK and beyond.
  • Identifying and securing new opportunities across our core markets.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Representing Simplified Solutions at key meetings, industry events, and conferences.
  • Generating qualified leads through digital channels, outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams to develop tailored client solutions.
  • Designing and executing strategic plans to drive revenue and client acquisition.
  • Managing and optimising the full sales pipeline—from lead gen to deal close.
  • Running marketing campaigns, experimenting with new approaches, and tracking results.
  • Overseeing digital advertising campaigns and ensuring strong ROI.
  • Guiding the full customer lifecycle, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.

We’re especially keen to hear from people with a strong network and experience in cybersecurity, payments, digital marketing, B2B, financial services, hospitality, or eCommerce sectors.
