POSITION SUMMARY:

The Chief of Marketing and Business Development Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing and business development strategies that enhance GOLDLAW’s visibility, foster community relationships, and drive client engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker with significant expertise in mass media (including television, radio, outdoor, and other mediums); digital advertising, event management, graphic design, videography, customer relations, artificial intelligence, and public relations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree in Marketing or an MBA preferred.
• Proven experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably within the legal or professional services sector.
• Strong understanding of mass media, digital marketing, and social media strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
• Experience in business development, client relationship management, and event planning
