Job Summary:  As Chief of Party I, you will manage and provide technical oversight to the development and implementation of a Land Restoration Initiative in the Philippines which brings together land restoration practices, community visioning, value-chain upgrades and evaluates the potential of carbon financing as a funding stream. The Chief of Party will manage this pilot project ensuring stakeholder buy-in including from government and partners. They will ensure that effective systems and processes are in place that support high-quality programming advancing CRS and consortium members’ work in serving the poor and vulnerable. Your management skills and knowledge will ensure that the project delivers high-quality programming and feeds into agency learning. As a senior leader, you will proactively manage security and mitigate security risks.
