This role touches every part of JOB DESCRIPTION: CHIEF OF STAFF Cheetah Clean Auto Wash Requirements ROLE SUMMARY The Chief of Staff (CoS) is the CEO’s force multiplier. This role exists to increase the CEO’s effectiveness, speed, and leverage across the organization while driving execution on the company’s most critical priorities. You will operate as a strategic operator, problem solver, project quarterback, and trusted advisor — owning initiatives end-to-end and stepping into gaps wherever needed. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES CEO LEVERAGE & EXECUTION Act as the CEO’s right hand: anticipate needs, solve problems before they surface Drive follow-through on CEO priorities across departments Manage CEO workflow, priorities, decision briefs, and execution cadence Filter noise, escalate what matters, and ensure nothing critical drops STRATEGY & SPECIAL PROJECTS Lead high-impact initiatives (growth, expansion, systems, M&A prep, integrations) Build plans, timelines, scorecards, and accountability frameworks Prepare board materials, investor updates, and strategic memos Translate vision into execution across the organization OPERATIONS & ACCOUNTABILITY Work with Ops, HR, Finance, Marketing, and Real Estate leaders to ensure alignment Track KPIs, initiatives, and performance gaps Identify bottlenecks and drive solutions aggressively Hold leaders accountable to commitments (with authority from the CEO) COMMUNICATION & CULTURE Serve as an extension of the CEO in meetings and communications Reinforce Cheetah standards: urgency, ownership, excellence Drive clarity, cadence, and discipline across teams Protect and scale the culture as the company grows “WHATEVER IT TAKES” Step into undefined problems and figure it out Handle sensitive, confidential, and complex situations with maturity Support both professional and operational execution as needed Travel as required to sites, meetings, and strategic opportunities IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE You likely have: 7–15+ years experience in operations, consulting, finance, military, private equity ops, or founder-led environments Proven ability to execute in fast-moving, high-pressure situations Exceptional organization, judgment, and communication skills High emotional intelligence and backbone — you can challenge respectfully Strong business acumen across finance, ops, people, and strategy You are: Intensely accountable Detail-oriented and big-picture Comfortable with ambiguity Loyal, discreet, and trustworthy Obsessed with winning the right way NON-NEGOTIABLES High integrity Extreme ownership Bias for action Thick skin Availability and flexibility Willingness to be uncomfortable in pursuit of growth WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT Direct access to the CEO and real decision-making Exposure to capital, M&A, real estate, and platform scaling Clear path to senior leadership (COO / President-level trajectory) You will learn more here in 2 years than 10 years elsewhere
