Description

We are seeking a highly strategic, execution-oriented Chief of Staff to partner directly with our COO/CFO. This is a unique opportunity to serve as a force multiplier to an executive leading the company through a period of accelerated growth, AI-native transformation, and organizational scale. The Chief of Staff will act as a trusted advisor, operator, and integrator, ensuring the COO/CFO’s priorities translate into execution, while driving alignment across the executive team, board, and organization. What you'll do: Strategic Alignment & Planning Translate multi-year strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps and operational plans. Ensure cross-functional initiatives (GTM, product modularization, AI adoption, enterprise deals) align with company objectives. Lead special projects and strategic initiatives on behalf of the COO. Executive Leverage Prepare the COO for key internal and external meetings (ELT, board, investors, clients). Own executive briefing materials, follow-ups, and decision logs. Act as proxy for COO in meetings to provide continuity and decision-making support. Operational Cadence Drive the company’s leadership operating model: QBRs, ELT meetings, OKRs, and board prep. Track execution of commitments and hold leaders accountable to priorities. Institutionalize processes that bring clarity, speed, and focus to execution. Cross-Functional Leadership Build trusted relationships with senior leaders to break down silos and drive alignment. Step in to lead projects where additional executive oversight is required. Surface risks, challenges, and opportunities early, with solutions-oriented recommendations. What you have: Background: 3-5 years in consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategic operating roles (startup or scale-up environment a plus). Proven ability to develop, implement, and track OKRs that align with company goals and drive measurable results. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of turning data and insights into actionable plans. Clear and confident communicator, skilled at crafting executive-level updates and influencing cross-functional stakeholders through compelling storytelling. Organized and disciplined project manager, able to juggle multiple priorities and ensure high-quality execution. Builds trust and credibility with senior leaders and peers; consistently exercises sound judgment and discretion. Demonstrated success leading initiatives without formal authority, fostering collaboration across diverse teams. Balances strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring both vision and follow-through. Growth-minded, adaptable, and resourceful, thrives in dynamic environments and eager to develop into future leadership roles.
