WHAT WILL YOUR TYPICAL DAY LOOK LIKE?

We are looking for a sharp, analytical thinker who is comfortable creating structure and paving paths through ambiguity to meet strategic objectives. The Chief of Staff will have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-visibility setting. This role will require significant engagement with leaders across the Global Growth organization—including the Global Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and other Global Brand, Marketing, Communications & Partnerships (BMCP) team leaders—as well as the broader global network. Knowledge of and experience navigating the Deloitte organization, ideally at a Global level, is essential.
The Chief of Staff is responsible for the support the execution of the Global BMCP pillar vision and priorities both in terms of providing strategic guidance, as well as driving/supporting the implementation of key initiatives. This role represents a unique opportunity to collaborate on strategy and planning with senior BMCP and Global Growth leadership. This key role will also be involved in operations and talent management, as well as the development and execution of strategies in a complex business environment at the direction of senior leadership within the firm.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to build strong relationships and interact with all levels within the firm, including top leadership
  • Demonstrated executive presence and experience managing high-touch relationships and sensitive business matters involving strategy and planning
  • Bachelor’s degree. 12+ years of relevant experience
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
  • Expert in Microsoft applications (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, Copilot)
  • Proficient in GenAI-based productivity tools (e.g., Pal, Sidekick)
