  • Proven recent experience in a healthcare imagining / radiology service environment at a senior operations level
  • Working with multi location and hybrid teams
  • Experience managing and working with multi location and hybrid teams
  • Experience of working with a variety of stakeholders
  • Experience of successfully developing and implementing projects
  • Experience of working autonomously
  • Experience of managing budgets and recruitment for service departments
  • Experience with Quality Management Systems
  • NHS and/or insource/outsource provider experience

Qualification and training

  • Degree and or suitable professional experience
  • Operational Excellence and or continuous improvement training

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

As Chief of Staff for DMC Radiology Reporting, you will be the operational heartbeat of our mission to transform teleradiology through cutting-edge technology and AI-driven solutions. Partnering with the CEO and CTO, you’ll spearhead initiatives that streamline operations, ensure quality excellence, and optimize the delivery of our services. This pivotal role demands a problem-solver and a proactive leader with a sharp eye for innovation, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Your leadership will ensure contracts are not only financially sound but exceed key performance and quality benchmarks. You’ll be the go-to person for tackling challenges, mobilizing teams, and driving impactful solutions to maintain our position as a leader in radiology reporting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Operational Leadership: Drive operational excellence by leading the operations and quality assurance teams to deliver efficient, safe, and patient-focused radiology services.
  • Technology & AI Integration: Leverage technology and AI to streamline workflows, automate processes, and drive innovation across all services.
  • Financial Oversight: Take ownership of financial performance, ensuring all services are profitable while identifying opportunities for cost savings and improved efficiency.
  • Contract Management: Oversee and manage client contracts, ensuring all contractual, quality, and financial obligations are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Process Optimization: Champion process improvement initiatives aligned with ISO9001 standards, enhancing productivity, compliance, and cost-efficiency.
  • Business Development Support: Collaborate on tenders, proposals, and service mobilization projects, ensuring seamless transitions and rapid, impactful results.
  • Client Engagement: Foster strong, collaborative relationships with clients to understand their needs, enhance service delivery, and position DMC as a long-term partner of choice.
  • Quality Assurance Excellence: Uphold the highest standards of quality assurance, ensuring compliance with NHS and private sector requirements and driving continuous improvement in care delivery.
