Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As Chief of Staff, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of Elevation Capital by supporting the leadership team in strategic planning, operational execution, and administrative management. Acting as a trusted advisor and operational leader, you will drive organizational efficiency, enabling the leadership team to focus on investment strategies, portfolio management, and market growth. You will also be responsible for overseeing initiatives related to real estate development, construction planning, and financial controls—ensuring infrastructure projects align with broader strategic priorities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan and manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for both personal and professional requirements.
  • Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports for the CEO and leadership team.
  • Organize and attend executive team meetings, ensuring agendas are prepared, minutes are documented, and follow-ups are tracked.
  • Manage correspondence on behalf of the CEO, including drafting emails and communications.
  • Supervise and coordinate the administrative team, ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
  • Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, assisting in decision-making, planning, and prioritization of initiatives.
  • Coordinate and drive strategic projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Serve as a dedicated liaison between the executive team and other departments, facilitating ongoing communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor and report on progress associated with key initiatives, identify roadblocks, and recommend solutions.
  • Oversee daily operations and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
  • Manage cross-functional projects and ensure timely execution.
  • Develop and maintain systems for tracking organizational performance metrics.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
  • Represent the CEO in meetings and communications when necessary.
  • Manage key stakeholder communications and events.
  • Mentor and guide team members to support professional growth and development.
  • Assist with hiring and onboarding for key leadership and administrative roles.
  • Lead real estate and land development initiatives, including construction planning, permitting, vendor management, and timeline execution.
  • Support financial planning and reporting, working closely with finance leads to ensure budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation align with long-term strategies.
  • Oversee infrastructure-related projects across Elevation Capital’s real estate holdings and development pipelines.
