As Chief of Staff, you will act as a trusted extension of the founders, supporting them in executing their vision and ensuring alignment across the organization.

THE PERFECT RECIPE OF SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• At least 2+ years in high-performance environments, such as venture capital firms, strategy consulting, or fast-growing startups
• Adept at breaking down complex issues and providing practical, data-driven solutions
• Strong ability to optimize workflows and implement operational efficiencies
• Fluent in German and English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to independently manage strategic projects while fostering collaboration across teams
• Thrive in dynamic and fast-paced environments, quickly familiarizing yourself with new topics and challenges
• Open to national and international travel as needed
