Chief of Staff (GTM & Company Operations) Location: San Francisco (in-person, 6–7 days/week) Total Compensation: $170K–$250K TC Role Type: Full-time, founding team About Virio Virio is the AI marketer for enterprise. We help B2B and vertical SaaS companies turn LinkedIn into their #1 GTM channel by combining agentic AI research with human content engineers. We’re building the operating system for social selling inside modern companies. The Role This is a high-trust, high-context role working directly with the CEO. You operate at the center of the company. When priorities are unclear, execution is slipping, or something critical needs to move fast, you own it. The scope spans GTM, operations, recruiting, and internal execution. This role will evolve as the company scales. What You’ll Do Act as an extension of the CEO across GTM and company operations Drive follow-through on priorities, decisions, and key initiatives Coordinate across sales, marketing, customer success, and recruiting Prepare briefs, dashboards, notes, and context for leadership decisions Identify risks, bottlenecks, and misalignment early and resolve them Lead cross-functional projects from idea to execution Step into whatever area has the highest leverage at any given time Who You Are 3+ years in consulting, strategy, or a similar high-intensity environment Strong understanding of B2B GTM fundamentals Exceptionally organized and reliable Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-changing conditions Direct, thoughtful communicator with good judgment Founder mentality without needing the founder title Benefits $170K–$250K total compensation 100% paid health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) $1,000/month wellness & meals stipend Company-wide annual off-sites
